Collabrum is a multi-group and multi-member meeting scheduler
and blogging tool.
Unlike old-fashioned schedulers where email messages are sent to
all the attendees, Collabrum is also capable of sending mobile, and fax
messages not just to attendees, but to multiple groups having
hundreds of attendees. Conflict resolution is available to
virtual business members. For more details on professional
business meeting scheduling with conflict resolution, point your
browser to My Downtown.
Collabrum allows you to jointly
plan and schedule events with other HotDiaryTM
groups and members or even non-HotDiary members. In other words you
can collaborate with other public
and personal groups and individual members using your
HotDiaryTM. Collaboration can occur via email,
fax, mobile, or voice messaging that is built into
HotDiaryTM.
How does Collabrum work?
If you would like to set a collabrum event reminder in your diary,
you enter the collabrum menu and enter the details of your event, such
as date, time, description. In this event reminder menu you can
designate all the HotDiaryTM groups and
members, that you would like to invite to this event. When you create
this event, it will send a notification to all the groups and members in
the list with the details of this reminder.
It is possible
for any of these groups and members to access this event on HotDiaryTM.com by using the collabrum ID. Subsequently if
any group member or individual member changes the contents of this reminder, all groups and members on the distribution get notified automatically.
When the reminder is due, all groups and individual members receive an alert.
All alerts are handled using TelTalk technology developed by HotDiary.
This means they will be dispatched by your choice of Email, Mobile, Fax, or
Voice media.
You first need to Register and subsequently Sign-In before you use this feature.
