Company Address Book
You can create a company or group address book and allow everyone in your
company to access without having to login to HotDiary. All you have
to do is access your own company web address which looks
similar to:
http://www.hotdiary.com/contacts/mycompany
where mycompany is the name of your company. You can even password
protect this, if you like and you can have everyone in your company
access it by using a password. For more details on how to enable this

Self-Populating and Self-Updating Address Book
The Address Book allows a user to self-populate an existing
HotDiaryTM member's address. This feature
enables automatic update of address including phone, fax, mobile,
url, and email.
How does it work?
HotDiaryTM members can allow other HotDiaryTM members to self-populate and self-update their addressbook by choosing
an option Make ID Public in the profile or at the time of registration. If this option is selected
by HotDiaryTM members, then it allows other HotDiaryTM members to self-update their address book by choosing Fast
Add (enter a member loginID).
You first need to Register and subsequently Sign-In before you use this feature.
